Admission into the Japanese confectionary and baking major

Hello,
I am not a student but I would like to apply to the Japanese confectionary and baking department for the year 2023.
Could you please inform me about the process I need to go through in order to do so?
Also do I have to be able to speak Korean in order to enroll into the university?

Hello. Thank you for your interest and question in the Division of Japanese Culinary Arts at Woosong College.
We have a class consisting of Korean and Japanese professors, so you have to speak Korean.
First of all, is it right that you want to apply for Woosong College, not Woosong University?
